Makat HLM35 jelly line now doing Chocolate Truffles

Mogul Makat line.

This line is stopped for 2 months now. We used it for truffels production, but we stopped this product now.

The mogul is in very good condition, maintenance is done every year.

Working with cocoa forces us to have strict cleaning plans. So good maintenance also from the production team.

The lot consists of :

– mogul Makat Type: HLM 35 . YOM 1994. 18 trays/min

– cocoa fines recovery and filtration system

– sprinkler (cocoa powder or starch)

– Screw for mixing aromas or ingredients above the depositor

– bulk product exit conveyor

– set of steel pallets for stacking wooden trays

– set of wooden trays

Also available :

– 1 double heads bagging machines type VAI (Italy) for pillow bags

– 1 bagging machine type VAI

– 2 weighers Yamato

– 1 box erector machine

– 1 machine bag in box

There is 1 depositor.

The depositor is wide enough to pour 1 entire tray in 1 stroke.

220 products per tray (22×10).

It’s possible to change de the depositing plate to get more products per tray.

Wood trays are 820×400

I don’t know how many trays we have, but there are a lot… I can check.

Yes we can remove the cocoa powder and use starch for jellies.

That’s what we do with our other mogul plants.

No starch dryer. Only cocoa fines recovery and filtration system.
