Almond / Nougat extruder Wolf

Complete Wolf amond paste , nougat or marzipan , extrusion type machine for make bars , model AS 15 , explanation below :

This machine is adapted for products like almond paste or equivalent.

There are following operations on this machine

– extrusion of the product (picture extrudeur 2)

– transport of the extruded product (picture extrudeur2 / extrudeur3)

– cut of the extruded product (picture extrudeur3)

– automatic feeding of the extruded and cut part in the pill

– pill (about 400mm long)( extrudeur 4 – extrudeur 5)

The machine can just extrude or / and produce small revolution volums starting from cylindrical parts (length up to 400mm)

There is a cutter that can cut the extruded product.

The extrusion die as well as the pill are made of polyethylene. It is very easy to created a new shapes.

Several shapes can be extruded simultaneously.

The machine is very simple (mecanical parts) and all the adjustments are done with shifters and cranks.
